Margie is a public servant who is hard-working and honest. She is tired of backdoor dealings and is running against a career politician who has bowed to special interests.

Born and reared in NC, Margie has a diverse background spanning agriculture, law, business, and education. She is uniquely qualified to fight for and represent you. She is not a career politician, but is running against one.
Margie has been a teacher and understands the importance of investing in our public schools and supporting our teachers. As a physician's wife with a Masters in Public Health, Margie understands that reproductive health is a medical issue, not political. Margie leads a life of service and has been recognized by the NC Supreme Court and Rotary for her work. She will put our community first.
